About the Program

The Foundation of Türkiye Graduates in Sierra Leone is committed to empowering university students by supporting their personal, intellectual, and leadership development.

Through this youth empowerment initiative, the Foundation creates a platform where young people can build knowledge, confidence, and practical skills that prepare them to contribute positively to society. The program focuses on nurturing well-rounded youths through learning, communication, creativity, and mentorship.

Reading & Learning Sessions

Participants will read selected books and engage in guided discussions to extract lessons that promote critical thinking, leadership, and personal growth.

Public Speaking Training

Students will develop confidence and effective communication skills through structured public speaking sessions and practical exercises.

Photography & Videography Skills

Hands-on training in photography and videography to help participants acquire creative and digital media skills relevant in today’s world.

Monthly Stipend

Each participant will receive a monthly stipend of Le 1,000 to support their active participation in the program.
